Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an item is shipped, packages are in the hands of USPS or UPS depending on the shipping method you've selected. For this reason, we do not cover any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is missing, please contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number so they can further assist you.  Refund or replacement packages will not be granted for any lost or stolen packages.
