Refund policy
Our #1 goal is for you to be happy and in love with your new pieces! Upon receiving your new items, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we would be more than happy to exchange or provide you with store credit for future purchases.
All returns and exchanges must be completed within 7 days of receiving your item, please reach out to Shoplasmorenas@gmail.com with order number, concerns and pictures of damage to receive instructions on how to successfully return your items. You are responsible for all cost associated with shipping when returning your items to Las Morenas. Items sent back to us without first reaching out to us first will not be accepted,
- Clearance items and Jewelry are FINAL SALE
- Items must be in the same condition they were received (with tags, not used or damaged)
